011Final Sale Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW.
Due to the custom, made-to-order, and special-order nature of bridal merchandise, the following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:

Once an order has been submitted to a designer or manufacturer, it cannot be canceled.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Bridal sizing differs from standard retail sizing.
Measurements are used solely to recommend an appropriate manufacturer size.
We do not guarantee fit.
Weight changes, body changes, pregnancy, fitness programs, or personal alterations may affect fit after delivery.
Alterations are generally required for most bridal garments.

Customers will be notified when merchandise arrives.
We encourage prompt collection.
If merchandise is not collected within a reasonable time after notification, we reserve the right to charge storage fees where permitted by law.
